International document support

From local document to international acceptance.

Apostille and legalization requirements can change by country, document type and issuing authority. We map the route before anything is submitted.

End-to-end coordination

The right authentication chain, handled step by step.

An apostille authenticates the origin of a public document for use in another Hague Convention country. Non-Hague destinations may require additional federal and embassy legalization.

  1. 01

    Requirements review

We start with the destination country, receiving organization, document origin and intended use.

  2. 02

    Document preparation

We identify whether the document needs notarization, a certified copy, a certified vital record or another prerequisite.

  3. 03

    Correct submission

The document is routed to the Florida Department of State or the appropriate federal authentication office.

  4. 04

    Tracked return

Completed documents are collected and returned using the delivery option confirmed in your quote.

Apostille or embassy legalization?

Hague Convention destination: an apostille is generally the authentication certificate used after the required document preparation.

Non-Hague destination: the chain may continue through state or federal authentication and the destination country’s embassy or consulate.

The receiving authority has the final say. We use its instructions and the document’s origin to plan the submission route.
